Betluckとは？
“Betluck”は、イギリス諸島の一部であるBurleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man. IM1 5EPに本店を置く“BF-IOM Ltd”の商用名です。同社は、2007年3月26日にマン島内務省によりオンラインギャンブル免許（免許第9号）を与えられました。
BFIOMを管轄するのは、マン島政府のギャンブル規制委員会（Gambling Supervision Commission）です。インターネット（www.betluck.co.uk）上のBFIOMのサービスにより、スポーツ、エンターテイメント、自然現象、麻雀ゲーム、ダイスゲームなどに賭けをすることができます。
Betluckでギャンブルを楽しむには？
BFIOMに登録してNETELLER口座を開設します。これによりNETELLERを介してBFIOM口座に資金を移すことができます。
BFIOMに振り込まれたすべての会員の資金はマン島内の別個の銀行口座に保管され、十分に保護されます。
BFIOMでは、会員のお金は、1ポンドが200ポイントの割合でポイントに変換されます。
会員は、BETTING用の残高の範囲内でのみ賭けることができます。BFIOMは、信頼できるギャンブル方針の一環として、与信を与えていません。Betluckゲームは、最低賭け金を10ポイントに設定しており、上限は1回当たり100,000ポイントです。麻雀ゲームは最低賭け金（預託金）10,000ポイント、参加料は最低100ポイントに設定しています。ダイスゲームは最低賭け金（預託金）3,000ポイント、参加料は最低100ポイントに設定しています。BFIOMが賭けの数と賭け金について制限を変更する場合があります。変更が行われた場合、変更は当社の取引条件に反映されます。従って、利用者は定期的に確認してください。賭けが制限を上回る場合は受け付けません。
1つのイベントまたは複数のイベントに何回でも賭けることができます。
※パリミュチュエル方式（Betluckゲーム）：
パリミュチュエルは、オッズ［配当］の変動であり、すべての参加者によりイベントに賭けられたポイントの総数と、すべての走者または結果と結果が生じたコースにわたる賭けの分布または「分散」の関数です。
パリミュチュエル方式により、各イベントについて賭け金全額の少なくともの80％が、勝った人に勝利金（配当）として払い戻されることが保証されます。
オッズは、以下の式に従い計算され結果が示されます。
（配当）＝（賭けられた総ポイント）×（還元率）／（各選択肢に賭けられたポイント数）
BFIOMの還元率は、最低の80％から100％の間で変動します。
すべてのイベントについて賭けの締め切りはイベントの締切時間までであり、これによりBFIOMは、少なくとも10ポイントが賭けられたことを条件として、考えられる各結果について配当を計算して示すことができます。イベントが完了して結果が公表されると、BFIOMは、勝った人とその配当ポイントを確認し、配当します。BFIOMは、予告なしに締め切りを変更することが可能であり、その後は賭けを受け付けません。すべてのイベントについて賭けの締め切りはゲームの開始前です。一旦賭けると、変更することはできません。
一旦賭けたら、取り消すことはできません。
※麻雀ゲーム、ダイスゲームは、ケーム参加者が各ゲームごとに設定されている参加料を支払うことによって、参加できます。
配当の受取り
配当は、ゲームが終了して結果が発表されると同時に、BFIOMにある口座に支払われます。
ポイントは、以下の方式によって、支払われます。

簡単な麻雀ゲームの説明：
麻雀は、麻雀牌を使って4人が相互に競合するゲームであり、ゲームが開始される前に、ゲーム資金（ゲーム参加費）を預託します。
ゲーム終了と同時に、ゲーム参加者の勝ち負けのポイントが表示され、同時に各プレーヤーのBFIOM口座に預託されたゲーム参加費から、勝ち負けのポイントを計算し、ポイントが振り込まれます。

ダイスゲーム：
ダイスゲームは、胴元やその他の参加者を相手に1人ですることが可能であり、最高4人がゲームに参加することができます。
ゲームが開始される前に、ゲーム資金（ゲーム参加費）を預託します。
ゲーム終了と同時に、ゲーム参加者の勝ち負けのポイントが表示され、同時に各プレーヤーのBFIOM口座に預託されたゲーム参加費から、勝ち負けのポイントを計算し、ポイントが振り込まれます。

預け入れ／払い戻し
会員は「Betluck」のホームページ上で引き出し請求書（「NETELLER口座への送金」画面）に必要事項を記入して、BFIOM口座からNETELLER口座に資金を移すことができます。資金移動の手数料はBetluckが負担いたします。
NETELLER口座に移す際に、会員のポイントは預け入れのときと同じレート（1 GBP＝200 BFIOMポイント）でGBP（英ポンド）に換金されます。
BFIOMからNETELLERへの会員による送金は、十分な個人認証を完了しない限り、30日間に3,000ユーロ（またはこれに相当するGBPによる金額）を超えることはできません。このことは、マン島政府のマネーロンダリング防止規定［2008年刑事司法［マネーロンダリング防止］］の他、BFIOMと共に会員を保護することを目的との一つとしているマン島政府により交付されたBFIOM免許を維持するために求められます。会員が、連続する30日間に累計3,000ユーロを超える払戻しを希望する場合、BF-IOMに登録された氏名および住所を確認するため、本人確認書類を提出していただきます。 本人確認書類は、a)、b)のそれぞれから１つづつ選びその画像（書類の周囲が完全に判別できるスキャン画像）を提出願います。
a）写真付きの公的機関発行の証明書： 転免許証（表裏両面）、パスポート（写真のページと現住所が記されたページ）、写真・住所付きの住民基本台帳カード（写真・住所・氏名の記載面）
b）上記１と同名義、同住所が明記されている30日以内に発行の公共料金（電気、ガス、受信料、電話料金）の領収書、本人名義の領収書が無い場合は住民票でも可
提出された書類の確認機能は３ヶ月で失効し、提出後３ヶ月を過ぎて発生する30日間に累計3,000ユーロを超える払戻しについては、再度本人確認書類の提出をお願いします。
お客様の口座からの引出しについては、最低金額を£10とし、それ以下の金額は拒絶されます。
その他のルール
BFIOMより公表されるイベントの日時は目安としてください。
悪天候、交通の問題などが原因でイベントが48時間以上延期された場合や中止の場合、賭けは無効になり、BETTINGポイント［賭け金］は会員のBFIOM口座に払い戻されます。
イベントの内容（開始時間、ルール、内容）が事前に明示されたものと異なる場合、BFIOMは、イベントの有効性を検討し決定を発表します。
判断の基準は、イベントの主催者や団体が定めるルールです。特別ルールが適用される場合は、イベントの関係ページを参照してください。
公表された結果に誤ったものである場合、Betluckは、会員の口座に誤って振り込まれた資金を控除します。また、配当金が正しい会員の口座に加えられるようにします。
口座情報を第三者には絶対に開示しないでください。自分の口座情報が何らかの形で悪用されていると思われる場合は、当社がお客様の口座を停止できるようにできる限り速やかにお知らせください。Betluckは、口座の停止が遅れた場合その責任を負いません。
共謀の疑いがある参加者について、Betluckは調査を行い、その参加者が賭けを行ったすべてのゲームの記録、IPアドレス、チャットログを調べます。他の参加者と共謀していたことが判明した場合、口座を閉鎖します。
通信／通知
通信はすべて電子メールで行います。メールアドレスを常に最新のメールアドレスにするようにして下さい。メールアドレスを変更する場合は、新しいメールアドレスをお知らせください。このようなご連絡は登録済みのアドレスからお送りください。新しい情報を随時お送りするため、メールを定期的にご確認ください。
苦情／質問
口座についてご不明な点がありましたら、お問い合わせください（jpsupport@betluck.co.uk）。24時間以内に回答するように努めます。日時やゲーム番号など、できる限り多くの情報を提供して下さい。回答に納得されない場合は、マネージャーが苦情について調べた上で2営業日以内にお返事します。
ゲームの公平性について疑問があり、BFIOMが苦情に適切に対応していないと思われる場合は、麻雀ゲームとダイスゲームに用いられる乱数発生器に関する独立した試験機関であるeCOGRA Ltd（住所：2nd Floor, Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, London W1J 6BD）に問い合わせることができます。

BFIOM［“Betluck”］では、会員の皆さんが信頼できるギャンブルを楽しめるよう努力しています。そのため以下の事項に従うようにしてください。

（会員は閉鎖／停止する前に、資金をNETELLER口座に振り替えることを推奨します。）

To Enjoy Playing at "Betluck"
Register with BFIOM and establish a Neteller account. You can then transfer funds to your BFIOM account through NETELLER. (Betluck shall bare the handling fee of fund transfer.)
All players funds transferred to BFIOM are held in segregated Bank Accounts within the Isle of Man and are fully protected
At BF IOM, your money will be converted into points at a rate of 1 pound sterling to 200 points.
A member can wager within their betting balance only. BFIOM does not extend any credit facilities to players as part of our responsible gambling policies. For Betluck game, we set the minimum wager amount to 10 points and the maximum is 100,000 points per wager. For Mahjong game, we set the minimum wager (deposit money) amount to 10,000 points and participation fee is set as the minimum of 100 points. For Dice game, the minimum wager (deposit money) amount is se as 3,000 points and participation fee as 100 points. There may be occasions when BFIOM changes the limits in terms of the number of wagers and wagering amount. Where such changes take place these will be reflected in our Terms and Conditions. Players should check then regularly. No wagers exceeding these limits will be accepted.
You can Wager on single events or multiple events as often as you wish
Pari-Mutuel Wagering (Betluck game):
Pari-Mutual is the variability of ‘odds’ [Payout Dividends] a function of the amount of points wagered by all players on the event and the disposition or ‘spread’ of those wagers across all the runners or outcomes and of course which outcome wins .
Wagering on Pari-Mutuel guarantees that a minimum of 80% of all wagers on each event will be paid back as winnings [dividend] to the winning players Odds are calculated according to the following formula and the result is shown.
(Winning Dividend)=((the Total points wagered)*(Payout ratio)/(the points wagered on each selection)
; BFIOM Payout Ratio is variable between a minimum of 80% to 100%
The acceptance of Wagers on all events is closed prior to the deadline of the event which then allows BFIOM to calculate and display the winning Dividend for each possible outcome based upon the minimum 10 points wagered. Once the event has completed and the results published BFIOM will identify the winning players and their Dividend Points Payout to distribute such points. BFIOM reserves the right to change game closure time beyond which BFIOM will not accept any further wagers without advanced notice. Wagering on all events will close prior to the commencement of the game. Once a member has placed a Wager changes cannot be made.

Receipt of Winning Dividends
Winning Dividends will be paid to members BFIOM account at the same time as the game closure and publication of the result.

Simple MahJong Wagering:
Majong is a game played with Mahjong tile, 4 People will play against each other you deposit the game fund (game participation fee) before the game is started.
When the game ends, the players’ win-lost points are displayed and at the same time win-lost points are calculated from the game participation fee deposited to BFIOM account of each player and the points will be paid.

Deposit/Refund
Members may withdraw funds from their BFIOM account to their NETELLER account by completing a withdrawal request from the link on "Betluck" home page.
When the member makes a transfer to their NETELLER account their points are converted to GBP [British Pounds Sterling] at the same rate as their Deposits [ 1 GBP = 200 BFIOM Points ]
The following contents should be clearly mentioned in General Terms & Conditions In order to fully comply with Isle of Man Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we must obtain satisfactory evidence of identify if:
The amount requested to be withdrawn by the customer exceeds Euro 3,000 [or currency equivalent] or :
When taken together with all other payments made to the customer within the 30 day period immediately preceding the current payment request the aggregate amount exceeds Euro 3,000 [or currency equivalent]
Two forms of identity will be required :
A) A photographic identity document [ Passport, driving license] in relation to the account holder to verify their identity
B) A utility account [electricity bill, gas bill, water bill, telephone bill [not in respect of a mobile phone] etc] to verify the address of the account holder. The utility bill must not be more than sixty [60] days old.
Once satisfactory identity verification has been completed and appropriate supporting documents are held on file by BFIOM Ltd the requested transfer of funds can be completed and the business relationship can operate on an ongoing basis.
The Minimum Refund processed by BFIOM is £10.00 any refunds requested below this amount will be rejected.
Other rules
Although BFIOM will post the dates and times of events, they should be used as guidelines only.
In the case of an event being postponed by more than 48 hours or cancellation due to bad weather, transport problems or any other cause , wagering will be invalidated and all Betting Points [Stakes] refunded to members BFIOM account.
Where an events content differs from those specified beforehand (start times, rules, content), BFIOM will review the validity of the event and announce the decision.
Judgment will be based on the rules set by the event organizer or association. If special rules are applied, please refer to the relevant page for the event.
If a wrong result is posted Betluck will deduct any funds that were posted into a players account in error. Betluck will also ensure that any winnings will be added to the correct players account.
Your account information must not be disclosed to any third party, If you believe that your account information is being misused in any way you must inform us as soon as possible so that we may suspend your account, Betluck will not be held responsible for any delay in suspending your account.
Any player that is suspected of collusion will be investigated by Betluck who will look at the game logs of all the games that you have played IP addresses and chat logs, If it is found that you have been colluding with other players then your account will be closed.
Correspondence/Notices
All Correspondence will be by email you should ensure that your email address is up to date at all times if you are going to change your email address then you need to inform us what your new email address is going to be this should be sent from your registered address. You should check your email on a regular basis as we will send you offers from time to time.
